A 20 minute consultation is the start of all project agreements, wherein I can get to know you and your needs in order to determine the best course of action. We will talk scope, goals, and what you want your group to feel or walk away with at the end of the encounter.

The following are samples for your reference. Please be in touch for an exact budget as it pertains to your needs.

Fees may be negotiable and will be tailored to your needs and budget.

Facilitation: $150/hour of contact time or $2,500 per two-day retreat, includes planning. Travel & mileage are additional if over 20 miles from my home one way.

Transitional Care: $50/hour or $300 per full day. Travel & mileage are additional if over 20 miles from my home one way.

Beginning our project with a Road Map that is maintained throughout our work together allows us to specify important junctures and timelines, check in to make sure we’re all staying on course. This allows for the proactive capacity to shift, reflect, and still move forward in a timely manner.

I will design a plan, together we’ll create a contract and move forward with collective signatures — everyone at the speed of trust. YOU would determine who is maintaining contact with me from your end to ensure we’re all holding on at the right point and for the duration of the project/process.

As we all know, life and its surprises and challenges will happen. If we build open communication and trust, we will talk through any necessary adjustments. The contract will say as much and this is always my process.
